Therapy focuses more on understanding your past and addresses the root cause of symptoms and underlying mental health issues.
95% of behaviour, beliefs, thinking and patterns are subconscious which is why we use Internal Family Systems and hypnotherapy to treat the hidden root of any issue.
In our experience any repressed emotions and past experiences need to be addressed so your beliefs and programming are upgraded before action is successful. This is why we combine different modalities in the Breakthrough Program.

Hypnotherapy explores the subconscious mind (90% of your brain capacity) for the root cause of whatever holds you back in life. It makes conscious what was subconscious and rewires the brain by upgrading outdated habits or beliefs.
It is common for people to try hypnotherapy as a last resort when other therapies have failed them. A likely explanation is that the origin of their issue is subconscious. This falls beyond the scope of most talking therapies that work on people’s conscious awareness (10% of brain capacity)e.

Everyone can be hypnotised if you are willing to be guided. It is an interactive process between you and the hypnotherapist, who guides the dialogue with your subconscious. This may feel like watching or being in a movie, or talking to yourself. Most people will be aware during the process, and it may feel like you are making it up. However, just like in a dream your body may be still on a bed yet you experience walking, flying or swimming, which feels real. The trick is to allow your imagination to guide you, as this is the doorway to your subconscious mind.
To get you started think of your favourite person, pet or an important day in your life. Who or what comes in your mind’s eye? That is the part of the mind we will be working with. Every time you think of a memory, information comes to help you visualise it again in your head. Blind people do this too. It is not complicated, but if you’re not seeing something, just go with however the information comes. Maybe you will hear something. Maybe you will have an emotional reaction, a feeling or a knowing. Some people feel more than they see. If that happens, just trust however it comes into your mind.
Share the first thing that pops into your awareness, without judgement or thinking about it as this stops the process. Whatever you get is what your subconscious mind knows will benefit you. Even if it is something silly and doesn’t make any sense, don’t stop and try to figure it out, just go with it and allow it to continue to flow. It will make sense later.
Prior to the session set your intention to be open to receiving whatever your subconscious wants to show you. It helps to relax and know you are always in control. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. For example, a light trance is achieved by simply closing your eyes, which creates a focused state of awareness used in guided visualisation or other techniques. Should you wish to you can open your eyes and stop the process at any time. You cannot be made to say, do or act against your will or moral principles. Your subconscious will only ever reveal what serves your highest good, to help you move forward in life.

Past Life Regression is best explained as a soul review, that helps people find their purpose, clarity and deeply understand themselves. The journey is 3-4 hours and is guided by your higher self. It uses guided visualisation to help you access past life events to give you insights and answers to current life issues. It is best suited to visual people, however, you may hear, know or have a sense of new information, often in an embodied experience. Other modalities such as Family Constellations, Inner Child Therapy or Introspective Hypnosis may be integrated when required.
Regression Therapy is more focused and navigates memories to get to the root cause of life or health issues. A first session takes up to 3 hours, and you may travel to early life, past or future life depending on what your soul needs to heal or give you an understanding about. Your higher self will guide this process to help clear any energy, pain, belief or behaviour that keeps you stuck.
Each session is co-creative and personalised to your unique needs. Nat intuitively integrates various modalities such as Introspective Hypnosis, regression therapy, future projection, family and systemic constellations, soul retrieval, release and communication when needed.
