Repressed emotions influence your health and life
In difficult times your conscious mind may remove the memory of an event that might overload you, as a form of protection. It stores that experience, with attached emotions, in the subconscious mind until you are ready to deal with it. Unknowingly you may keep these ‘undigested’ emotions on hold for a variety of cultural, religious, or personal reasons. When ignored over time your body may develop pain, tension, or a health crisis to nudge you to change and review your life and what matters to you. Chances are, that it has been trying to tell you something for a long time.
Heal yourself guided by your subconscious mind
During a session, your subconscious mind will help you understand what your life or health challenge is trying to tell you. It will only choose to share information that will benefit you now - aligned with your beliefs and values - so you can make the changes needed. Your subconscious mind is able to promote physical and emotional healing if it’s appropriate to your soul’s progress. All healing is self-healing, this may continue for days, weeks, and even months after your session, as you integrate and act on your insights. We offer post-session coaching to help this process.
What happens in a Past Life Regression session?
It starts with an interview in which you are invited to share the experiences and people that had the most impact on you from childhood to now. We will explore family life, career, health, friendships, relationships, any patterns, fears, or feelings that bother you, and what is happening in your life now. This helps to crystallize what matters to you, what you aspire to achieve, and why you want to have a session. We will discuss the list of your questions in detail, as this forms the structure of your session. Everything is kept strictly confidential.
Tap into your intuition via your imagination
We use guided visualization to help you bypass the conscious critical mind and connect with your subconscious mind. Typically clients experience multiple past lives and we will go through the most important days of it. This process varies per person and depends on what your subconscious mind wants to show you. People receive information by seeing, hearing, feeling or knowing. Some people sense scenes of early life and a rare few view future life scenes.
Release trauma, gain clarity & purpose
Depending on your soul’s journey you may discover who you were in a past life, where you lived, what you did, and who was around you. We then move to the end of that life to see how you died, and what your soul’s lessons were in this life. Every life has a meaning and a lesson. Your subconscious mind will choose past experiences that will help you in your life now. A session may help to release old emotions, pain, and traumas to receive healing and open up to new opportunities in life.
Debrief to integrate your insights
At the end of the session, it is usually clear what you need to do as you have felt or heard it yourself during the session. In a debrief, we discuss the main points together and may discuss further coaching and hypnosis to support your personal transformation.
You will receive an audio recording of the hypnosis part of the session. The recording works as a reminder for you in case any part of the session was forgotten. Listen to it repeatedly - especially the subconscious part that answers your questions - until you integrate the messages. It may take some time to process everything that has happened during a session, especially when you had many meaningful experiences in such a short period of time.
Monitor your feelings and dreams
Your connection to your subconscious will remain open so pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, dreams and intuition. You will begin to discern the difference between the ego and the real self which will help you find greater spiritual and mental stability. Write down and reflect on your experiences and learnings of the session to anchor them into your conscious mind. Self-observation is a key in the integration process so keep track of your physical, emotional, and mental state.
How to prepare for your session
Set your intention for what your want to achieve during the session. Prepare your 10 questions for your session, listed in order of priority and email them 24 hours before your session. These questions should be about you, not other people. Arrive with a curious, open mind and release any ideas of what may happen. Read our information about hypnosis so you understand it’s a natural state of focussed awareness that you access every day.
The only thing required is to say the first thing that comes into your mind, without judging, and give as much detail as possible. As you talk and feel into the scene more information will flow to you.
To ensure a successful session arrive sober, so don’t drink the night before and/or the day of your session. A session will be cancelled if you are under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other substances that alter your state of awareness. Do not take any unprescribed pills to relax you, this may sabotage access to insights or resolution of trauma. Create a nourishing space for yourself before and after the session. Unwind by going into nature, doing gentle exercise, taking a bath, meditating, listening to soothing music and preparing for a restful sleep.
