Trust, compassion and curiosity
I don’t feel stuck anymore. I feel better, calmer and braver. Nat holds a compassionate, patient, non-judgemental space, which was invaluable for trusting the flow of the process. It allows me to look at my inner parts without judgment and just be curious about them.
I perform better at work, and fit IFS sessions between meetings
The exercises helped me feel more empowered. They helped me shift things quickly and even prepare for work meetings. I like that the sessions are just 60 minutes online, as I can fit them into my work schedule between meetings. With other therapies, I had to take half a day off to recover.
Journaling helps me integrate IFS and self-heal
I really liked doing my homework, drawing and journaling with my inner parts for 21 days. It felt important to stay connected to them, to integrate the inner work and to help me heal. It’s enabled me to become calmer and more compassionate, which helps me in my job, my rowing practice and all my relationships.
