I help creatives and sensitives to feel empowered, clear any blocks and create the life they dream of.
So generally what I have noticed with my clients, I work with a lot of high achieving clients. They they, they may have unconscious blocks and they're very good being rational and being active, but there are there are things in the subconscious mind that is actually sabotaging their life. So then don't really know what it is.
So in my work together with them, I help them to actually find out the root cause of whatever it is that keeps them stuck. or why they are lost in life or maybe they have unexplained health issues or money issues or career issues.
It could be a host of different things. But, and then my sessions tend to go quite deep. I help them go to the root cause which could be, you know, this life in the womb or a past life. And the experience usually is very emotional.
So your mind, your subconscious mind works in stories and symbols. And what what I help people to do is basically go more into their inner wisdom. So the whole process is guided by their subconscious, so they're always in charge. And they often have really profound experiences.
The healing process of therapy
And a lot of the times people hold onto emotions that they weren't aware of. So what I help them do is go to those maybe traumatic events, help them process whatever they couldn't process, acknowledge whatever they couldn't acknowledge, speak out, maybe there will be a role play. And through that processing, it helps to integrate the experience.
And that then is like a healing process. Now, after this, I often help people like take action from this to really like integrate, integrate the learning and to create new habits. And this is where the coaching comes in. So the coaching is really about like, you know, actioning insights and the therapy, the hypnotherapy is really about clearing blocks, unconscious blocks, maybe trauma, anything like that. So that's in a nutshell what I do.
Could you give us some examples of subconscious blocks?
Are they some habits that people might be doing that they may not even be realising that they're doing?
Yes, I worked with somebody in their 30s, a woman who was very depressed, had panic attacks, really wanted to connect with people, but felt like she couldn't really trust anyone. She occasionally also had like suicidal thoughts, and she tried, you know, different talking therapy, EMDR, medication, nothing really was working for her.
In the first session that we had, she actually I basically helped her soul to go to whatever whatever healing needs to happen and she was raped by a family member so that was very traumatic. In this in this process what I do is I help them basically clear the trauma often like what happens is that part of themselves stay frozen in that time.
So I also do like inner child therapy, I also do shamanic stuff, where we actually retrieve the soul that's kind of departed at that point, so people get their energy back and we work together over six months and she also had some energy that wasn't hers that was attached to her and that was actually causing her pain, back pain that cleared after this session. She started to feel more empowered and we did a lot on like consent and her learning to trust herself again.
